WSC Shotgun Champs 2023 kicked off on 14 January in sweltering heat. PD handed the reigns for Shotgun to Clive for 2023 and Clive is currently looking for a 2IC to assist on the Shotgun ranges when he is busy shooting other disciplines. If you are willing and able, please contact Clive Spencer.
At the end of 2022 we acquired a new voice activated release system for Trap. The system works great, but everyone had to get used to using a clear and loud “PULL” command.
13 Shooters participated in Trap over 3 rounds, which included 6 of the 3-gun shooters. Anthony Klonarides took 1st place with a score of 24. This score also made him the winner of “Mug of the day”!
Later in the day, 7 shooters formed 1 squad to shoot skeet and this time it was Dylan Diedericks in 1st place with a score of 23!
Next Shotgun champs is scheduled for 11 February.
