The IDPA manne promptly sent in a report with a movie. I was a bit worried about the shotgun been used, I was wondering how the moer are they going to patch the target. But I see only plates, with shotgun, the rest with handgun. Think engelsman think…
The chairman informed me and the committee: That he does read the newsletter from cover to cover. And don’t worry he has his finger on the pulse and knows what is going on in the club. And he only shoots IPSC.

Back to the IDPA I was looking at their results, quite impressive, I think? Because I don’t shoot the sport and what the hell do all the abbreviations stand for.
- DIVISIONS: ESP, SSP, CDP
- STAGES: RAW, PD, P, FIN.
- OK, I think FIN is final.
Maybe they can give us an appendix with their next result as to what is what.
Fanie and Johan were out in the cold practicing on Saturday. Golden City apparently rained out. (also not Fairweather shooter). Some other guys were out there practicing on Friday, I was working on some range equipment at the workshop and heard them. F#k, ek verstaan nie hoekom hulle nie saam oefen nie. Miskien will hulle nie mekaar help nie… SA crab syndrome. The old days Saturday was practice day for everyone. Mos lekker om saam te oeffen.
Old man shoot coming up on the 28th, will be standards, bakkie, runner and a guillotine shoot. 90 rounds… ok, some plates make it 100.
Everyone welcome to shoot:

- and have a decent holster…
- and not scared of Donald’s driving…
And as it says OLD MANS SHOOT. You millennial’s are welcome to join us, but do not count in the results. We will tell you where you came at the end of the day, and clap hands but that’s it. To qualify you must be at least 50 yrs old and have wrinkles.
