This year has been rather a mixed-up affair and this past Saturday was no exception; we were scheduled to shoot “field target” shoot but due to the rain we switched to “Fat silhouettes”. The fat silhouettes are a reasonably easy shoot, so quite enjoyable for all. Despite the relative ease no one scored 100%.
We missed some of our regulars due to the rain, but still we hosted 14 shooters including two visitors: Pieter, and Jenifer from Spider Valley Vereeniging. They specially came on Saturday in response to my invitation at the night shoot on Friday 25 March after they expressed an interest in metallic silhouette shooting, they seemed to have enjoyed themselves, Pieter scored quite reasonably well scoring the 6th highest score of the day, a respectable 75 out of 100.
